Camp Hale Merit Badge Selections

If you have not yet returned your Merit Badge Selections, please get them to Mr Egan as soon as possible, but no later than 4/11


BSA Swim Tests

All Scouts and Adult leaders are required to have an annual BSA swim rating before engaging in any water-based activities (think Galveston Island Campout, Camp Hale Base Camp, and Bechtel Summit  High Adventure).

The Troop have 2 dates booked for BSA swim tests at Mary Jo Peckham Pool - 4/25 and 5/11. 

 Please register online - spaces are limited.

Religious Emblem Classes

Interested in earning your Religious Emblem? Classes for the Protestant Emblem are starting in April - see Mr Hartman for more details. 

If you are looking for classes for the Catholic Emblem, contact Mr. Osborne


NEW ADVANCEMENT REQUIREMENTS 
came into effect for all ranks on January 1st. 

If you were listening to Mr Stillman's presentation at the Troop Meeting you should know how this affects you, but if there are any questions see Mr Neff, Mr Stillman or any ASM. 

Scouts will need to get the new edition of the Scout Handbook - check with the Scout Store before driving down, as they are selling out quickly!

Memorial Day 2016 - Flag Placement at National Cemetery


St. Peters UMC Wednesday evening Dinner service will be back in the Spring. This is a great way to get service hours while helping our Charter Organization.

Eagle Scout Rank - Cooking Merit Badge 

Cooking merit badge will be required for the Eagle Scout rank starting on January 1, 2014. All Scouts who did not earn Eagle by the end of 2013 must complete the Cooking merit badge for Eagle, no matter when they started working on that rank.
